Since its inception in the early 2000s, the ISABS Organisation Development Certification Programme (ODCP) has grown into a vibrant alumni community spanning 16 batches and over 200 Organisation Development practitioners across India and globally. The alumni represent diverse contexts and lived OD practice, united by humanistic values, process-driven approaches, systems thinking, reflective practice, and sensitivity to emergence.

The alumni network exists to foster meaningful connections, support the ongoing growth of practitioners, and harvest collective wisdom. Seeing themselves as co-carriers of the ISABS OD ethos, the alumni actively engage in learning initiatives, regional meets, knowledge creation, and reflective practice—continuing to evolve as a living system that contributes meaningfully to the field of Organisation Development.
