Our alumni are applying OD processes and values in their roles as trainers, HR managers as well as internal and external consultants. They are redefining their careers for better professional satisfaction and as well as transforming organisations for effectivenesss and making meaning for all.

More than 200 participants have completed the ODCP course in 15 batches and 16th and 17th batch in progress.
