OD Conclave 2016
The second OD conclave `Organisation Development and Culture Building in Complex Environments: Beyond Frontiers and Limits’ was organized by ISABS in collaboration with OEGGO from Austria, as part of the ISABS’ endeavour to create a platform for sharing and learning about OD Practice.
Ms. Puja Marwaha, CEO, CRY and Dr. Tojo Thatchenkery from George Mason University, USA were the Keynote speakers. Delegates from corporate organizations such as L&T, ST Microelectronics, UFI Filters India Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Technologies, EMC, Lafarge India; from consulting organisations such as Flame Tao Knoware and Peoplewiz Consulting; many professional members of ISABS as well as several ISABS ODCP alumni participated in the conclave and presented their experiences of OD work. Dr. Hellmut Santer and Martin Schroetter from our partnering organisation OEGGO in Austria participated.
The experience of the conclave and feedback shared by the participants in the closing session indicated that the conclave accomplished its purpose.
